Are there charges besides the rental cost?

Rental agreements can vary, so review your contract for fees. A cleaning fee is required, while most other charges are optional or situational.

Public street parking may be available near the facility, but The RV Krew is not responsible for personal vehicles. Ride sharing is recommended for pickup.

Can I store items outside the motorhome?

Motorhomes have outdoor storage compartments, and hitch rack options may be available for an added fee.

Do the motorhomes have awnings or sun shades?

Yes. Most rigs have manual or automatic rollout awnings.

Do you provide baby car seats or cribs?

Only the people listed on the reservation may ride in the motorhome, based on the available seats and seatbelts.

How much do campgrounds cost?

Campground costs vary by location and by the amenities provided.

Is insurance coverage provided with the rental?

Insurance coverage is the renter's responsibility through a personal auto policy or an approved third-party rental insurance provider.

Is the customer responsible for maintenance?

No. Motorhomes are fleet maintained and inspected before and after each rental.

Is there a charge for generator use?

Some generator use is included. Excessive use may incur hourly charges based on the RV's generator meter.

No. Some units have ladders, but renters are not allowed to access the roof. Ladders are for management use only.

Where can I buy supplies, propane, or dump holding tanks nearby?

Western Propane in Garden Grove is recommended for propane refills and dumping. A Walmart within a few miles of the rental facility can cover most other supplies.

What counts as a rental day?

A rental day is 24 hours after pickup time and each 24-hour period after that until the vehicle is returned.
