  • Are pets allowed in the motorhomes?

    Yes, feel free to bring your furry friends with an added pet deposit

  • Are there any places we cannot take the motorhome?

    Most rentals are statewide, anything outside the state of California requires written authorization via contract, special event/festivals also  require prior approval.

  • Are there levelers provided?

    All of our motorhomes have either automatic leveling systems, or “drive  on” level pads included.

  • Besides the rental cost are there any other charges I will incur?

    We advise our renters to refer to their contract to review fees as all  rental agreements may vary. Other than the required cleaning fee,  most charges are optional or situational.

  • Can I park my car at your rental center while we  travel?

    There is public street parking outside our facility but the RV Krew  management is not responsible for renter’s personal vehicles, we  recommend ride sharing to pick up your rental unit.

  • Can I store items on the outside of the motorhome?

    motorhome has outdoor storage compartments, and we also offer several hitch rack options for additional fees.

  • Can I tow my car or boat behind the motorhome?

    Yes, there is a small tow fee (for extra wear and tear) and security  deposit required to tow up to 5k lbs.

  • Can we travel one way to our destination or do we have to travel round trip?

    Currently we are not setup to offer one way options.

  • Do I need a special driver’s license to drive your  motorhome?

    No, the standard class C drivers license will suffice to drive our rentals. Must have Large Vehicle experience for the larger rigs.

  • Do the motorhomes have roll out awnings or Sun  Shades?

    Yes, Most of our rigs have manual or automatic rollout awnings.

  • Do you have baby car seats and cribs available?

    No we do not offer child seats, but the RVs come equipped with  anchor points to add your child seat.

  • Does the motorhome come equipped with pots and pans?

    We recommend you bring your own kitchen items. All our RVs  include some extra amenities which varies with each unit

  • Does the motorhome come with a TV?

    All of our rental units come equipped with flatscreen Smart TVs

  • How can I learn to operate the components on the motorhome?

    At the pick up of each rental term, a manager will give a live tutorial  on all functions of the RV.

  • How many people can ride in the motorhome?

    Only the amount of people listed on the reservation which directly  corresponds with the amount of seats and seatbelts equipped

  • How much does it cost to stay in campgrounds?

    This varies from campground to campground and which amenities are provided.

  • Is insurance coverage provided with the rental?

    Full coverage insurance is the responsibility of the renter through  their personal auto insurance policy. They may purchase coverage  from our recommended third party insurance provider for  additional costs

  • Is the customer responsible for any maintenance of the motorhome?

    All our motorhomes are fleet maintained and inspected before and  after each rental term. 

  • Is there a charge for the generator?

    Some generator usage is included with your rental fees, excessive  usage will incur extra charges, calculated per hour by a meter located inside the RV

  • Is there a ladder so we can get on the roof?

    Some rentals units are equipped with ladders, however renters are  strictly prohibited from accessing the roof and ladders are for management use only.

  • Is there somewhere close to rental center where we can  purchase supplies, propane and dump holding tanks?

    Yes, we recommend Western Propane in Garden Grove for  dumping and propane refill. There’s also a Wal Mart within a few  miles of the rental facility that has everything else you would need.

  • What constitutes a “Rental Day”?

    24 hours after the time of pickup and each day after until return of vehicle

  • What happens if the vehicle I reserved is unavailable?

    we will do our best to accommodate your needs and get you into a  different unit. If we are unable to, all fees paid will be refunded or credited towards the next rental 

  • What if I have to cancel my reservation?

    Please email management at [email protected]. With sufficient notice to cancel a reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of pick up will not be refunded.

  • What if the motorhome breaks down?

    All our rigs are maintained and inspected prior to every rental to be  in the best mechanical condition, if something happens on the  road, no need to worry, we offer roadside assistance packages

  • What is the cost of mileage?

    We include 100 miles per rental day free of charge, after that,  there’s a small mileage fee charged at return 

  • What kind of motorhomes do you rent?

    We rent all classes and sizes of motorhomes. We're constantly  expanding our fleet to add new rigs that accommodate every renters needs. Please email us for current inventory.

  • What security deposits are required?

    deposits will vary based on model, rental terms, insurance deductible and add ons

  • What time can I Pickup and Drop off?

    Standard pickup and drop is 11AM, these times are slightly flexible with prior arrangement
